We are months away from April’s NFL Draft but we can assume that the Broncos will be in the market for some playmakers on offense during the draft. Whether that be running back, tight end or wide receiver, they have needs all over their offense. Also, despite the defense being a top-ranked unit this past season, they have holes at linebacker, and safety, and could use depth up and down the entire roster.
For the first time since they traded away multiple first and second-round picks for quarterback Russell Wilson and head coach Sean Payton, the Broncos will have a first AND second-round pick at their disposal.

Since the year 2000, the Denver Broncos have picked 20th overall in the first round of the NFL Draft a total of three times. In those three drafts, the Broncos selected offensive tackle George Foster in 2003, offensive tackle Garett Bolles in 2017, and tight end Noah Fant in 2019.
Foster would play a total of four seasons with the Broncos before finishing up his career with the Lions. Bolles is still with the Broncos and recently signed a contract extension to stay with the team moving forward and Noah Fant was included in the trade for quarterback Russell Wilson.
It’s still a bit early to guess who will be available at 20th overall and what exact needs the Broncos will have at that point, but we can still have some fun. What prospects or what positions would you like to see the Broncos use their 20th overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft on?
