Bryan King has speculated that clubs could already look to try and sign pre-agreed Tottenham transfer Luka Vušković.
The ex-Spurs scout thinks the talented 17-year-old defender will struggle for regular football in North London.
Tottenham signed Vušković from Hajduk Split for £12million, with the centre-back set to join the North London club in the summer of 2025 after he turns 18 (via Evening Standard, 25 September 2023).
However, King – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – feels as though clubs might already be looking to take Vušković for themselves.
“He has come from a decent league, the Croatian league isn’t bad,” King said.
“It seems as though he is progressing and Spurs are keeping an eye on him. However, he isn’t going to get regular football at Tottenham.
“You never know, there might be an interested party who wants to buy him. Perhaps another team will try and sign him. Would Spurs sell him if he is proving to be the success that people say he is?“
