Broncos vs Chargers Best Bet ATS: Broncos +2.5 (-105)
The Chargers and Broncos are duking it out for a better wild-card seed, with Denver holding a one-game lead in the standings entering this matchup. As much as I was impressed with the structure Jim Harbaugh implemented into the Chargers early this season, that’s somewhat been fading down the stretch. Case in point: their blowout loss to the Buccaneers last week. Even though I still have some reservations about the Broncos, they’ve continued to find different ways to win games and have won four in a row. Not a lot separates these teams from a build standpoint, and I have some slight concerns about the secondary of the Chargers at the moment. Combine that with the Broncos getting points here, and we’ll be content riding with the visitors in this important AFC matchup.

Broncos vs Chargers Best Bet Total: UNDER 41.5 (-108)
I don’t expect we will see an offensive battle between these two teams, and that’s been highlighted by a low total on this short week. Yes, there are talented weapons on both offenses, but I envision a slow-paced matchup with a lot of clock draining. These teams will have no issue running the football, and whichever side wins the battle in the trenches should come out on top. In addition, the last three matchups between the Chargers and Broncos have been low-scoring, with the peak game having a total of 39 points scored. On a short week, it’s difficult to see a shootout between these teams fighting for the playoffs in the AFC. We’ll be targeting another low-scoring affair between these AFC West rivals.
