Florida Panthers fans are going to want to clear a couple hours of time up this week.
That’s because on Tuesday, the brand new 2024 Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Championship Film will be dropping on ESPN+.
The special video, which was produced by NHL Original Productions, will air nationally on Oct. 6, on ESPN2 in the U.S. at 1 p.m. ET and on Sportsnet in Canada at 6 p.m. ET.
Running nearly 90 minutes, the film chronicles Florida’s run through the Stanley Cup Finals, detailing each round, victory by victory.
Several Panthers players, including Sasha Barkov, Matthew Tkachuk, Aaron Ekblad, Sergei Bobrovsky, Evan Rodrigues, Brandon Montour and several others are included, as are team broadcasters Doug Plagens, Bill Lindsay and Randy Moller.
This will be the start of a steady flow of Panthers and Stanley Cup-related content that will be available to fans in the coming days.
Tkachuk and the Panthers will be prominently featured in the new Amazon behind-the-scenes series Faceoff: Inside the NHL, which premiers this weekend, and then next week will be the debut episode of Primetime Panthers, which will air across the Scripps Sports local broadcast network.
