David Beckham forced to issue Victoria an apology after awkward TikTok prank
Victoria Beckham has become the latest celebrity to fall victim to the “give me my money” TikTok trend.
David Beckham was forced to apologise to his wife Victoria Beckham after she fell victim to a trending TikTok prank.
The athlete shared the hilarious clip on Instagram of him pranking the fashion designer alongside two of their kids, Romeo, 21, Harper, 13, and a family friend.
The group stood around a camera Romeo kicked off the craze by singing: “Give me my money,” which was followed by a cheer and round of applause.
David then stepped in and gleefully echoed the same statement before their teenage daughter stepped and had a go.
After cheering for Harper, an unusually dressed-down Victoria looked at the camera and sang: “Give me my money.”

However, the unassuming star fell right into the prank as she was met with an awkward silence and straight faces instead of applause.
Dressed in a grey hoodie and wide-leg jeans, the former Spice Girl clapped for herself before looking at her family in confusion.
The Beckhams and their pal then burst into laughter as Victoria raised up her arms and asked: “Is that it?”
Taking to the caption, David issued an apology and wrote: “Sorry Mum,” with laughing emojis, before tagging his children and adding: “We got mum.”
So far the #justgivememymoney hashtag has over 49,000 results on the video platform with some clips in the category having over 400,000 likes
