Three Leicester city centre properties are going up for auction in an “extremely rare opportunity” for buyers. The three properties consist of a four bedroom detached house, a detached home split into two apartments and a factory building of approximately 3,500 square ft.
Auctioneers SDL Property Auctions said the lot had “massive appeal” for a “forward thinking investor”. The factory is located on Hazel Street, and so is the four bedroom home in the lot.
While the other home, split into two apartments, is in nearby Sawday Street. SDL said the two homes are currently let with an income of £35k per year with scope to increase, while the former two storey clothing factory could be let as a commercial building or converted into residential units subject to planning consent.
The properties are within walking distance of the city centre, train station, Leicester Royal infirmary as well as both Leicester Universities, the King Power Stadium and Leicester Tigers’ Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium. The lot is listed for a guide price of £625,000 plus fees.
The auction is on Thursday, August 22, at 9am.
