The upcoming summer transfer window will be all about Graham Potter adding some blistering pace, energy and athleticism to his West Ham United ranks.
Graham Potter is said to be planning a big squad revamp at the London Stadium this summer.
And West Ham seriously need that, after some terrible recent recruitment from David Moyes, Julen Lopetegui and of course, Tim Steidten.
Potter has already proven to be a class above Lopetegui, with his man-management skills shining through brightly.
The Hammers head coach has undoubtedly improved the style of play at West Ham, now he just needs to oversee a consistent run of form and results.

Moving forward though, Potter undoubtedly needs to drastically strengthen his options at the London Stadium.
Out of all the attributes we’re crying out for as a team, raw speed is right up there at the top of the list.
And Potter seems to be ready to change all of that.
West Ham now want to sign Moussa Sylla this summer
Potter is clearly desperate to add some real pace to his front-line ahead of next season.
Blistering speed is king in the Premier League, and the Hammers seem to have settled on a very specific transfer target.
Moussa Sylla is on the West Ham radar ahead of the summer transfer window, according to a report from Africa Foot.
The Hammers are said to have already contacted the Schalke forward’s entourage about a summer move to East London.
However, Bournemouth are apparently keen on signing him as well, so we won’t have things all our own way in the race for his signature.
In fact, Bournemouth are said to have already had a £10 million bid rejected for the 25-year-old.

So the Hammers transfer team will have to act quickly if they really want their man.
‘New Mbappe’ Moussa Sylla is perfect for West Ham
The 25-year-old has been in fine form for Schalke in Bundesliga 2 this season, with 13 goals in 19 games to his name (Transfermarkt).
The Bundesliga’s official website has likened Sylla to Kylian Mbappe, and highlighted his ‘searing pace’ as one of his most potent weapons.
Sylla has absolutely everything that we need at the London Stadium right now.
As mentioned above, he possesses blistering pace but he has terrific movement and supreme finishing ability as well.
However, one word of warning is that he has been producing the goods this season in Germany’s second tier.
The same can be said for him in the 2023/24 season, when he scored 15 goals in the French second division.
Can the Mali international make the jump up to the next level? That remains to be seen, but most signings are accompanied with risk these days.
It just depends whether the West Ham board will be prepared to back Graham Potter with the funds required to bring Moussa Sylla to the London Stadium.
