On Sunday afternoon, tennis icon Roger Federer stepped into Wimbledon’s Centre Court on finals day, for the 12th time. Federer was up against the supremely talented tennis ace player Novak Djokovic. While Djokovic emerged victorious in what is being called one of the longest Wimbledon finals ever, for us fans, the stress and paranoia of having witnessed this match was all too real.
But amid all the marveling about the tense moments and the miraculous shots, it shouldn’t be overlooked that the vast majority of fans cheered for Federer from the first ball to the last. Crowds always respond to him with that kind of backing, but the support for Federer is only growing as he continues to challenge for major titles at 37 – which is nothing short of legendary.
But to maintain his sporting dominance and the love the world has for him, Federer has to eat right. So it’s only natural for us to be curious about what the world’s most loved athlete eats, and our research skills got us a lot of dope. Here’s everything Federer likes to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
