Soon after, OU will enter SEC play for the first time in program history, but it will be against a familiar foe. The Jan. 2 matchup will be against Texas at Lloyd Noble Center, with the game slated for 8 p.m. CT on ESPN2. The last time the two matched up in Norman, OU secured the Big 12 regular season championship with a late 3-pointer.
The Sooners then travel to Tennessee for a Jan. 5 matchup, airing at 2 p.m. CT on ESPN. On Jan. 12, Oklahoma returns home to face Texas A&M at 4 p.m. CT on SEC Network.
On Jan. 19, the Sooners will take on defending national champion South Carolina in Columbia, with the game set for 2 p.m. CT on ESPN or ESPN2. Oklahoma closes January with a marquee matchup at LSU on Jan. 30 at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN2.
Additional conference games on SEC Network include matchups against Kentucky (Feb. 2, 3 p.m. CT) and Auburn (Feb. 10, 7 p.m. CT) at home and a road trip to Missouri (Feb. 16, 1 p.m. CT).
The SEC Network+ will stream the other eight conference games and OU’s non-conference home games.
