Daniele De Rossi has named a competitive starting XI to face Everton in a pre-season friendly on Saturday afternoon, including new summer signings Enzo Le Fee, Matias Soule and Artem Dovbyk.
Roma are in the UK for their final pre-season friendly before the return of Serie A action next weekend. The Giallorossi have also recently played a behind-closed-doors friendly against Coventry City at St George’s Park.
De Rossi’s side will face Everton at Goodison Park with what is close to their strongest available line-up. Paulo Dybala is the only notable absentee, who is with the squad on Merseyside, but not among the starters.
It’s the preferred 4-3-3 this afternoon, as Mile Svilar starts in goal behind a back four of Zeki Celik, Gianluca Mancini, Evan Ndicka and Angelino.
Summer acquisition Le Fee partners Bryan Cristante and captain Lorenzo Pellegrini in midfield, behind Soule, Dovbyk and Nicola Zalweski in a traditional front three
Kick-off is due at 17.00 BST.
