Archie Gray deal close
HITC has reported that Leeds United midfielder Archie Gray has passed his medical at Tottenham and has agreed personal terms with Ange Postecoglou’s side.
Thomas Frank’s Brentford looked to have won the race for the teenage sensation but the deal stalled which allowed Tottenham to swoop in.
They have now won the race for Gray with the North London club paying £35 million for the midfielder with Welsh defender Joe Rodon heading back to Leeds on a permanent deal, after a loan spell last season.
According to a report from French outlet Foot Mercato, Tottenham made an approach to Real Madrid over the potential signing of Brahim Diaz.
Spurs are reportedly looking to bolster their attacking options this summer and HITC has reported that the Lilywhites made an approach for Jarrod Bowen but West Ham categorically told the club he’s not for sale.
As for Diaz, the report from Foot Mercato states that Madrid, and Diaz, rejected the approach from Spurs as the pair want to continue together next season.
Baris Alper Yilmaz
One player who has been linked with a move to the Premier League is Turkey star Baris Apler Yilmaz, who has looked promising at the 2024 European Championships in Germany.
HITC reported back in April that Spurs, alongside Manchester United and Aston Villa, were scouting the Galatasaray ace and believed he could be the ‘Turkish Valverde’ due to his versatility.
Yilmaz can feature at right-wing, right-back or midfield and Turkish outlet Haber 3 push the story on further and claim that any interested parties would have to stump up £25 million to land the exciting Turkish international.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg
It is not just incomings in North London but any potential outgoings will be key for Postecoglou’s side if they are to progress next season.

Danish midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is certainly one of these and the former Bayern Munich midfielder was accosted by those at Sky Germany amid reported interest from Borussia Dortmund.
Responding to rumours of a move to the Signal Iduna Park, he said: “It’s a nice stadium. I’m on holiday now, then after the break, who knows.”
