The Washington Commanders were on the practice fields in Ashburn for a second day, and they welcomed new addition WR K.J. Osborn. Washington was on their bye last week, and now prepares to travel to New Orleans to play the Saints on Sunday. Marshon Lattimore had another full practice with the team today, and he is on track to make his debut with Washington this week.
The Commanders only had three players who weren’t full participants in practice today. Noah Brown suffered a serious internal injury vs the Titans, and is likely going to miss the rest of the season. Dan Quinn said that the team would make a decision on him later in the week, and he will likely be placed on IR before Sunday’s game. Clelin Ferrell had a vet rest day yesterday, but was also limited today with the knee injury he has been dealing with since training camp. Safety Quan Martin continues to be limited with a shoulder injury.
Washington’s kicker Zane Gonzalez was limited yesterday, and listed with a new injury to his left foot. He was a full participant in today’s practice and should be ready for the Saints on Sunday. Zach Ertz had a vet rest day, but is also listed with a hamstring injury.
